The Dekoh Framework contains a lot of features that can be divided as listed below. Each chapter discusses the feature in turn.

Overview

Read this section to understand the big-picture context of Dekoh Platform before you learn about the deeper, more detailed areas described in the later sections. This section will help you relate to the later sections at any given point and accomplish a sort of contextual mapping. We recommend that you also go through the Dekoh Basics section if you are new to Dekoh Platform.

Understanding Security In Dekoh

Dekoh provides comprehensive security services for all your applications. Dekoh Security comprises Authentication and Authorization.

Working With Contacts On Dekoh

The Contacts API in Dekoh allows you to store e-mail address, locations, multiple phone numbers, and any other information that relates to a contact.

How Applications Are Shared On Dekoh

Applications can be shared from your Dekoh Desktop on the Dekoh network, such that multiple users can access and even interactively work on the same application at the same time. Dekoh network provides users with the access control feature enabling authentication, authorization, role based permission, etc.

Versioning Components In Dekoh

Dekoh Version Manager registers components, provides users access to these components, and manages the components. It tracks currently available components, their versions, routing requests to the appropriate component URLs and so on.

Syndication Services API

Syndication is a notification mechanism that lets applications inform others of new and updated content. Dekoh allows its users to keep up-to-date with both forms - timely email notifications and syndication feeds — when, where and how they want it.

Internationalizing Your Applications In Dekoh

The Dekoh Internationalization API helps simplify the process of making your applications global. Your Dekoh applications can use the API to generate translatable bundles, use enumeration constants to map a key to its display text, and use the locale filter.
