hi iam getting the same proble the photos which i shared from my pc when i login into my dekoh id and open my mail and click on the photos i shared it stiil saying the user is offline and also if someone shares me photos with different dekoh id he has to be online to on his dekoh id to view photos

hi iam getting upset my photos which my brother shared from other computer my opening my account with my username and password and shared with my own id and i got ti on my mail but when i open it the page is displaying user is offline please come back later iam really getting frustated the photos are urgent please help meeee
