Hi Ramesh,
Dekoh Desktop is capable of running any standards compliant (Java/JSP/Flash/Ajax/DHTML) web application as is - you can simply deploy it on Dekoh and get it up and running. On top of that Dekoh provides you with an API to access out-of-the-box access to Web 2.0 features like tagging, commenting etc.
You might want to check out the Developer wiki at
http://www.dekoh.org/wiki/Wiki.jsp We are right now in the process of updating it with stuff for developers - stay tuned! Do let us know of any specific queries that you might have.
